How much lead time is needed for a custom cookie order?

Availability changes constantly based on the current schedule, design complexity, and order quantity. Booking well in advance is highly recommended if you want to secure a spot. If you are in a pinch with a short lead time, submit an inquiry anyway—sometimes a lighter week means a last-minute order can fit into the schedule.

How do I order custom cookies?

Start by sending us an email from our contact page. Once everything is reviewed and finalized, a Square invoice will hit your email inbox. Payment is required upon receipt to officially secure your date on the calendar.

Is delivery offered?

Yes. Delivery is available via courier within the Portland (PDX) Metro area.

Are the cookies allergy-safe?

All custom orders are baked in a strictly nut-free kitchen.

A gluten-free flour substitute can be requested for cookie orders. However, please note that while the ingredients are gluten-free, the baking environment is not a certified gluten-free kitchen. Normal flour is used regularly on the same equipment, so these cookies are not recommended for anyone with severe celiac disease.

No other alternative dietary options (like dairy-free or vegan) are offered at this time.

How long do these cookies stay fresh?

Cookies will stay fresh for 7 to 10 days if kept in an airtight container at room temperature. If you need them to last longer, you can freeze them for up to 4 weeks.
